Delacorte Theater
The Delacorte Theater is an iconic open-air venue located in Central Park, New York City. Operated by the Public Theater, it is renowned for hosting the annual Shakespeare in the Park series, which offers free performances of Shakespearean plays and other theatrical productions to the public. Since its establishment in 1962, the Delacorte has become a beloved cultural institution, celebrated for its blend of world-class performances and the unique experience of enjoying theater under the stars.
Hallets Point
Halletts Point is a new high-density, mixed-use development in Astoria, Queens on the site of a former industrial yard. Dattner Architects’ master plan calls for residential buildings, a public waterfront esplanade, retail, and a school forming a vibrant new neighborhood along the New York City waterfront.
Umbrella Factory
In the heart of residential Williamsburg sits a historic brick building on Metropolitan Avenue, a former 1943 umbrella factory still intact with all its notable charm. Formerly home to the Embee Sunshade Company, a well-known custom umbrella, and sunshade producer throughout New York City, The Umbrella Factory represents a vital part of Williamsburg’s rich manufacturing history.
130 Williams Street
A continuation of a New York narrative that builds on the enduring ambition to explore new ground. At 66 stories and nearly 800 feet tall, Adjaye’s first New York City high-rise tower is an important contribution to the New York City skyline. 130 Williamss hand-cast concrete facade creates a striking form against the cityscape of Lower Manhattan.
Highline Plaza
The High Line is a public park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan’s West Side. Saved from demolition by neighborhood residents and the City of New York, the High Line opened in 2009 as a hybrid public space where visitors experience nature, art, and design.
Trump Tower
Trump Tower is a 58-story, 663-foot-tall mixed-use condominium skyscraper at 721–725 Fifth Avenue in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City, between East 56th and 57th Streets.
